Charges for standard delivery - Royal Mail first class.

DELIVERY CHARGE is a set fee of £14.00 (GBP) 


 

 

 

 

 

Only available on products in stock and available for immediate dispatch. Orders must be placed before 1pm to be guaranteed next day delivery.

Some parcels may require a signature upon delivery, if  you will not be at home please provide us with an alternative delivery address. Please ensure we have the full postal address including postcode and a contact telephone number.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday may be delayed.  UK bank holidays will delay delivery.

Standard  Delivery Times
Where products are in stock, orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Royal Mail first class. Delivery for orders paid by cheque will be despatched when the cheque has cleared.

Returns

All returned good will be checked. All returned goods should be sent with your invoice and the reasons of why you are returing the goods. Goods must be returned in new, unopened, unused  condition and with any labels still attached within ten working days. For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or replacements on used goods or on goods that have been opened. We will be happy to exchange or refund, delivery charges will not be refunded. We will not give refunds, exchanges or replacements on any goods that have been opened or used unless the item is faulty. Any products on special offer or on sale can not be returned. Please notify us before returning any goods and ensure you obtain proof of postage for your own protection.
